Lake Bala, Wales/Cymru

This is the only place where the gwyniad, a trout-like fish can be found.

The river Dee flows north out of the lake.

Pumpsaint, Dyfed , Wales/cymru

The Romans mined gold here for their coinage, the gold having been mined since Iron Age man.
Pumpsaint means five saints

Naeroyfjord, Sogn og Fjordane, Norway/Norge

This 17km fjord is the narrowest fjord in Europe, only 300 metres wide at one point.

Carnmenyn is where the bluestones erected at Stonehenge were quarried about 4,000 years ago.

Pluckley near Ashford, Kent England

Pluckley is the setting for ITV's Darling Buds of May.

It also once appeared in Top Gear.

It is also reputed to be the most haunted village in England with a reputed 10-13 ghosts.

It also had a railway station built in 1842

Eastbourne, East Sussex, England

Ocklynge Manor; A Grade II-listed building, this house was once home to Mabel lucie Attwell. who illustrated JM Barrie's Peter Pan.

Norton st Phillip near Bath, Somerset, England

This village was the scene of a battle during Monmouth's Rebellion, which Monmouth's army won.

The George Inn built 1223 and reputedly first licensed in1397 located in the High Street has had such guests such as Samuel Pepys the diarist and the Duke of Monmouth stay there.

Opposite is the Fleur de lys Inn, where Anne of Denmark, wife of James 1 stayed here in 1615.
